I would like to invite you to contact me to see if I might be a good fit to support you on your journey to make the changes you are desiring. The power is within you to find or create the resolutions that you are looking for and I am here to offer you support in figuring out how you can take back control and begin living the life you want. I offer complete honesty and respect without judgement for you with a safe space to be completely honest ... first with yourself and with me to work toward healing of whatever issue you need to address. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a crisis, a relationship issue, a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life and especially if you feel "stuck" ... I would consider it an honor if you were to contact me for a FREE consultation toward taking the steps to make the changes you want in your life.
It is very important that you choose a therapist that is a good fit for your needs and the consultation is a good way to make sure I am the therapist you are looking for. In the consultation we will discuss what is going on in your life and options that you have available to help you find the direction that you want to go or the changes you want to make. If we find that I am not the right therapist for you I have a vast referral list of therapist that might be better suited for you. It isn't about making you fit my therapy ... its about you getting the support you need.
Check out my Facebook page (click on the link over there on the left side of this page) ... Lots of good stuff there and a pretty good insight to me as a therapist.
